Privacy policy
How Neva Timber Review handles the limited data involved in running an editorial website.
Neva Timber Review is an editorial publication, not a service that requires accounts. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and understand how it is read.
What we collect
- Server logs. Standard request data (IP address, page requested, timestamp, referrer, browser type) is processed to operate and secure the site.
- Analytics. Aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics help us understand which articles are useful. We do not attempt to identify individual readers.
- Email you send us. If you write to the editorial desk, we keep your message to respond and to maintain our corrections record.
Referral links
Some outbound links to companies we cover are referral links; following one may inform the destination that you arrived from this site, so that any contact can be attributed. This is how we are funded, and it is disclosed on every page.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site and to measure aggregate traffic. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the editorial content.
Your choices
You can browse without providing personal information, use browser controls to limit cookies and tracking, and ask us to delete any email correspondence you have sent. Requests go to editors@glulamspb.com.
